Misfitsi dominiraju BAFTA nominacijama

BAFTA, Brtanska akademija filmskih i televizijskih umjetnosti, objavila je nominacije za televizijski dio svojih nagrada. Misfits, znanstveno fantastična serija o petero mladih delinkvenata sa neobičnim moćima, dobila je najviše nominacija, četiri.

Misfitsi su nominirani u kategoriji najbolje dramske serije, gdje su lani odnijeli pobjedu, te kategoriji novih medija, a Robert Sheehan (Nathan) i Lauren Socha (Kelly) nominirani su u (sporednim) glumačkim kategorijama. Sheehan, nažalost, druge godine neće konkurirati za nagradu – barem ne u Misfitsima, jer je najavio da se ne vraća u trećoj sezoni.

Matt Smith, nominiran u kategoriji glavnig glumca, prvi je nominirani Doktor u povijesti nagrade koja se dodijeljuje od 1954. godine. Uz Misfitse, najviše nominacija imaju Sherlock (BBC One), Any Human Heart (Channel 4) i The Road to Coronation Street (BBC Four); svaka po tri nominacije.

Nominirani među stranim serijama su Mad Men, dobitik nagrade posljednje dvije godine, Glee, Boardwalk Empire i The Killing (Forbrydelsen) – danska, ne aktualna američka verzija.

Dobitnici će biti proglašeni 22. svibnja na svečanoj dodjeli nagrada u Londonu, a ceremoniju će voditi Graham Norton, koji se također nalazi među nominiranima.
