Emmy nominacije: Westworld, FEUD i This Is Us među nominiranima, ubacio se i Stranger Things

Danas su tradicionalno objavljene nominacije za 69. po redu dodjelu Emmy nagrada. Akademija je i ovaj put izabrala ono što je smatrala najboljim od najboljeg gdje se opet ističu stari favoriti, ali i popularni novaci.

Ove sezone Game of Thrones dolazi nešto kasnije te time ne upada u kandidaturu za ovogodišnju dodjelu, što daje prostora za mnoge druge kvalitetne serije i glumce. U kategoriji najbolje drame se među sedam serija nalaze samo dvije povratničke, Better Call Saul i House of Cards, dok je od novih serija najveće iznenađenje Stranger Things koji se ni približno ne može mjeriti s kvalitetom nepravedno izostavljenim The Leftoversima i The Americansima.

Među glavnim dramskim glumcima i glumicama dominira stara postava od Kevina Spaceya do Viole Davis, a zanimljivo je za primijetiti da prošlogodišnji pobjednik Rami Malek nije među nominiranima. No, zato su tu fantastični Sterling K. Brown i Milo Ventimiglia iz This Is Us, a ne zaostaju niti predstavnici Westworlda Evan Rachel Wood i Anthony Hopkins. Zapostavljena je i Carrie Coon s njenim izvanrednim performansima u Leftoversima, no pravda je zadovoljena jer je dobila nominaciju za svoju ulogu u ovogodišnjem Fargu.

U kategoriji najbolje komedije vidljivo nedostaje četvrta sezona Orange Is The New Black, no zato njeno mjesto zauzima jesensko iznenađenje Donalda Glovera Atlanta, dok se među staru postavu glavnih glumica ubacila Pamela Adlon iz Better Thingsa. Kao najbolji TV film su odabrani San Junipero iz novog Netflixovog Black Mirrora te druga epizoda ovogodišnjeg Sherlocka.

Treba istaknuti novi angažman Elizabeth Moss The Handmaid’s Tale koji je dobio četiri nominacije u glavnim dramskim kategorijama, dok je najveći pobjednik Emmyja opet HBO sa 110 nominacija čijih je čak 22 dobio Westworld. Slijedi ga Netflix sa 91 nominacijom od kojih njih 18 pripadaju Stranger Thingsu, dok su FEUD i Fargo pridonijeli FX-u do brojke od 54 nominacije.

Ceremoniju dodjela će voditi Stephen Colbert 17. rujna na CBS-u, a u nastavku pogledajte potpune liste nominiranih u svim većim kategorijama.
